About Us

On the 1st August 1989 we purchased the business South Auckland Insulation which included a huge old Leyland Boxer a good customer list of South Auckland builders and not much else. Two years later we purchased the business Superior Insulation Ltd which had been trading as Auckland Insulation since 1980.  We then traded as Auckland Insulation and later incorporated the name.

Today we have teams of installers covering the Auckland Region from Wellsford in the North to Pokeno in the South. Our teams are insulating new builds,  older homes and rental properties plus we take on a limited number of commercial projects. Mostly we insulate with the GreenStuf range of products, the Pink Batts range plus some speciality products made from mineral fibre and polystyrene.

In our 27 years in this business there is not much we have not seen, so we are never short of ideas on how to complete tricky jobs, in fact we often find that we do jobs that other insulation companies will not take on. So whether you have a nice old Villa that needs ceiling and under floor insulation or something that we are going to need scaffolding and a crane, give us a call we're keen to hear from you.
